XtScript Function: dechex and hexdec

XtScript dechex is a function to convert numbers (decimal) to hex format.

Otherwise, a string written in hex format can be decoded to numbers (decimal) using XtScript hexdec function.

XtScript dechex and hexdex function basic syntax:
